Marketing Manager

Seminar event by ActionCOACH Rob PickeringAt ActionCOACH Business Coaching and Pickle Marketing, we plan and implement a constant series of marketing activities. We test and measure what we do and constantly innovate to understand and use what works for us and our clients. Our marketing is at the centre of what we do - it forms the outside world's view of what we do and how we help. We take pride in our work and we care for our team and our clients - and we want that always to come across loud and clear in our marketing.

Salary: £26,000 to £40,000 (dependent upon experience) plus benefits

Benefits include: Private Health Insurance, Pension Contributions, Bonus Scheme, Training & Development

You will have experience and skills in:

  • Creating marketing plans based on multiple strategies (eg web, social media, events, etc)
  • Ensuring that the marketing plan is implemented and meets the agreed targets
  • Events - booking, managing and communication with attendees
  • Understanding and reporting ROI (Return on Investment)
  • Marketing in a Business-to-Business environment

You will be:

Someone who has worked in marketing to gain sufficient experience to truly be a Marketing Manager. That could mean you've worked hard for a year or two in the field and progressed rapidly, or that you've gained a number of years of experience. You may or may not have gained relevant qualifications - we're more concerned with your attitude than your qualifications. The wide salary range on offer reflects our open attitude to work with the right person.

It's important that you're eager to learn and develop your own knowledge and skills - regardless of how much you already know. We'll expect you to attend seminars and conferences with enthusiasm to both learn and share knowledge. Ours is an environment of endless opportunity to learn and to develop, so if that excites you - this is probably your ideal team to join!

While driving isn't necessary for this role on a daily basis, you will need to hold a full driving licence and own your own vehicle to attend events and visit our clients, for which you'll be fully reimbursed.
